ObjectTrees Soft Consulting is developer of EnglishToUML. The company promotes better database designs and model driven architecture (MDA) specifications for enterprise applications in agile way. Towards these things, the company provides consulting services and development tools.

About the Founder

The founder Dr. Venkat Reddy has been a programmer since 1979. He graduated in Computer Science in 1983 from India's one of the topmost technical schools, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), which ranks just after the famous IITs. Afterwards, he went to research applications of Logic to Computer Science at India's premiere research institute Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Finally he got his Ph.D for his work on Proof Methods for Temporal logics in 1995 from Imperial college, the University of London.
He also taught courses on formal methods, logic, and automated deduction at University of Hyderabad for about 8 years. In 1997, Dr. Reddy moved to Indian software industry. There, he worked as a Software Architect in companies including Infosys Technologies, Hughes Software Systems, and Xalted Networks for about 8 years. In 1998, he discovered a fact oriented design method. The successes of using the design method on the software projects led him to investigate the relations between object orientation and natural language. The result was the discovery of a simplified fact oriented analysis method and the tool EnglishToUML in 2003. His personal blog touches on topics on relieving stress and strain using meditation techniques.
